Duet Pilates Apparatus Classes

Duet classes combine Pilates reformer and tower apparatus to increase strength, flexibility, and control.

$40 per class / $360 for 10 classes

Group Beginner Aerial Silks

Group beginner aerial silks includes 60 minutes of conditioning and skill building. 

$35 per class / $150 for 5 classes

Private Pilates Apparatus Classes

Private classes combine all the Pilates apparatus - reformer, Cadillac, tower, ladder barrel, and wunda chair to increase strength, flexibility, and control in a private environment. 

$80 per class / $720 for 10 classes
